Returning clients: Text us in your existing conversation with your dog’s name, requested dates and any changes to their routine. We will check availability for each request.
New Client Request
Select the services you need below, then describe your dog’s routine in the short message. For boarding, include both the drop-off and pickup dates and approximate times. For regular walking or daycare, include your preferred days, frequency and start date. Let us know if your dates are flexible.
Walking coverage: Walks depend on your exact location and our local routes, not just the neighbourhood name. Include your nearest major intersection and preferred time window. Check our walking areas and service fit.
Boarding or daycare: Care takes place at our Marpole home. If you live outside our walking area, tell us whether you can drop off and collect your dog. We will confirm suitability, availability and handoff times; transport is agreed and quoted separately.
Preparing for an overnight stay? Read the boarding packing and routine checklist while you prepare your enquiry. We will confirm the arrangements for your dog directly.
For a transport request: Include the planned pickup and destination areas, appointment or flight time, and whether boarding or daycare is also needed. We will confirm availability and quote the journey separately.
Asking about cat boarding?
Cat boarding is available on request, subject to suitability and availability. Email Ken and Yvonne about cat boarding or call 604-809-1761 with your dates and your cat’s routine. We will discuss care arrangements and a separate quote.

An enquiry is not a reservation. We will confirm the agreed dates, drop-off and pickup arrangements, care details and price directly with you before the booking is confirmed.
