For active clients we may also hold home-access information you choose to share, such as key arrangements, entry codes, or concierge instructions.

Only to provide and coordinate pet-care services, respond to inquiries, and communicate with you about bookings. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

How Access Information Is Protected

Keys and access details are stored securely, labelled without your address, and used only by us — never by third parties. When service ends, keys are returned and stored access details are deleted on request.

Photos of Your Dog

We only share photos of your dog publicly, for example on our Facebook page, with your permission.

Retention

We keep client information only as long as needed to provide services or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time.

Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted by a third-party provider and may use basic analytics that collect non-identifying information such as browser type and pages visited. You can disable cookies in your browser.
