Rates & Practical Terms
Tax & Boarding Extras
All rates are subject to 5% GST. Final-day boarding pickup after 2:00 pm adds $35 + GST.
December 20 to January 4 adds $10 per night above regular boarding rates. Confirm the total for your exact dates and needs.
Optional Daycare Day
An optional day of daycare at the regular rate can help your dog experience the home routine before regular care or a longer stay.
No familiarization meetings or free trial are offered.
Pet Transportation
Planned airport, vet, or groomer journeys are quoted individually. Boarding coverage does not automatically include transport.
Getting Started
Share Your Routine
Provide neighbourhood, preferred dates, temperament, health and medication needs, and handling notes.
Discuss Practical Fit
We discuss timing, compatibility, access, and price with you. Tell us about medication needs or short-notice dates so we can confirm what is possible.
Confirm Care
Agree the care plan, both handoffs, emergency arrangements, and communication before care starts.
Walking Scope & Special Requests
Local Walks
Private or compatible walks, on leash or off leash where appropriate, are discussed around your dog’s needs. Home pickup and any day of the week may be possible when arrangements and availability allow.
Outside the Usual Route
Occasional park outings in Richmond, Burnaby, or New Westminster may be discussed by special request. We will confirm the route and any transport arrangements with you.

Cat Boarding & Service Scope
Cat Boarding on Request
Cat boarding is available on request, subject to suitability and availability. Tell Ken and Yvonne your dates and your cat’s routine so we can discuss care arrangements and a quote.
Dog Training & Grooming
We do not offer dog training or grooming. Our dog-care guides are educational resources. Planned transport to a groomer may be arranged separately, subject to availability.
